![]() ![]() To use it, simply select it from the drop-down menu next to the “Signature” field when composing a new email message. Your new signature will now appear in the list on the “Signatures” tab. When you’re finished, click on the “OK” button. You can also use the “Choose File” button to add an image to your signature. In the signature creation window, you can give your signature a name and then type out the signature itself in the large text box. To create a new signature, click on the “+” button at the bottom of the window. Here, you’ll see a list of any signatures you’ve already created. ![]() In the preferences window, click on the “Signatures” tab.
